By contacting us, requesting a quote, booking a service, or allowing us to carry out work, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service – Any service provided by us, including recovery, roadside assistance, transport, jump start, auction collection, or related work.
Customer – The person or business requesting the service.
Vehicle – The vehicle requiring recovery, transport, or assistance.
Booking – A confirmed service request made via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, or other communication channel.

 

3. Booking and Acceptance

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.

 

3.2 A booking becomes confirmed only once full payment has been received and the job has been scheduled or dispatched.

 

3.3 We may refuse or cancel a booking where:

  • Information provided is incorrect or incomplete

  • The vehicle is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for recovery

  • There is risk to our staff, vehicles, or equipment

  • Payment is not received or cannot be verified

 

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes are based on the details you provide, including vehicle type, condition, location, distance, and service required.

4.2 Full payment is required upfront to secure the booking, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4.3 If the information provided is inaccurate or circumstances change, additional charges may apply before the service continues.

4.4 We accept payment by card or bank transfer.

4.5 Failure to make required payment may result in:

  • Service refusal or cancellation

  • Delay in delivery

  • Vehicle retention until payment is received, where legally permitted

 

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

5.1 Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.

5.2 If cancellation occurs after dispatch or arrival, a call-out or cancellation fee will apply.

5.3 If:

  • The vehicle is not present

  • The location is inaccessible

  • Keys are unavailable

  • The customer is unreachable

a full or partial charge may still apply.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and location details

  • Ensure safe and legal access for loading/unloading

  • Remove valuable or personal items where possible

  • Inform us of faults, hazards, or special requirements

  • Provide working keys unless agreed otherwise

We are not responsible for delays, costs, or damage caused by incorrect or missing information.

 

7. Vehicle Condition and Liability

7.1 Vehicles are transported at the customer’s risk, while we exercise reasonable care and skill.

 

7.2 We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or faults

  • Mechanical or electrical failure

  • Wear and tear during loading/unloading

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle

 

7.3 Any damage claim must be:

  • Reported immediately at delivery, and

  • Supported with clear evidence

 

Claims reported later may not be accepted.

 

 

8. Delays and Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Accidents

  • Road closures

  • Vehicle or equipment breakdown

  • Third-party delays

 

9. Subcontracting

 

9.1 We may use trusted independent subcontractors to carry out some or all of the Services where appropriate.

 

9.2 Subcontractors operate as independent contractors and are responsible for performing the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.

 

9.3 Where loss or damage is caused directly by a subcontractor’s acts or omissions, any related claim may be handled directly with the subcontractor and/or their insurer, subject to applicable law.

 

9.4 Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

 

 

10. Website Use

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

  • Unauthorised use of the website may result in legal action.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for:

  • Fraud
